Bluegrass In The Park

Bluegrass in the Park Festival is a cornerstone of cultural tradition in the Christmas, FL community. Presented by the Fort Christmas Historical Society and Orange County Parks, this event returns on Saturday, April 10, 2027, from 9:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The festival takes place in the picturesque Fort Christmas Historical Park, a historic setting known for its large ancient oaks, a Fort and Pioneer Village from the late 1800s. This event is possibly the oldest ongoing free bluegrass festival in Florida, what began as a pure music celebration has blossomed into a premier spring event, drawing attendees from across the country and around the globe.

We invite you to mark your calendars and bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and a picnic, or enjoy food from our local food vendors and don’t forget to visit our local craft vendors. During the day, we will also be sponsoring a BBQ cook-off and a Bake-off featuring our local school clubs, where participants will be judged on taste, uniqueness, presentation, and creativeness.

Bluegrass music serves as a vibrant reminder of our roots here in Central Florida. With your support, we are dedicated to maintaining this legacy and sharing the rich tapestry of bluegrass music with the world.

We look forward to seeing you at the heart of Christmas, FL for this wonderful community celebration.
